What You'll Do :

Vehicle Handling - Move customer vehicles to and from service bays, wash areas, and parking spaces.

Customer Interaction - Greet customers with a friendly, professional demeanor, assisting with vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups.

Lot Organization - Help maintain a clean, safe, and orderly service lot, ensuring vehicles are parked properly and ready for service.

Support the Service Team - Assist the service department with various tasks, including prepping vehicles for service and assisting the Service Greeters with moving vehicles on the Service drive to ensure our Guests are promptly greeted and assisted in a timely matter.

Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Key Duties :

Greet and welcome all customers in a professional and courteous manner.

When service is complete, deliver cars to the service technicians and back to Guests.

Ensure the service drive flows in a timely matter and Guests are assisted promptly by our Service Greeters.

Maintains cleanliness of the Service department.

Collaborate with the service department to ensure customer satisfaction.

Communicate effectively with team members and management to support operational needs.

Assist the Service department in moving vehicles to ensure efficient dealership operations.

Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications :

Unrestricted California driver's license and clean driving record without any violations.

4 years of driving experience

Able to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles.

Able to safely operate motor vehicles in tight and small spaces.

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a similar role is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Strive to respect and facilitate teamwork within all departments.

Friendly with high energy and the willingness to go above and beyond.

Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
