Position Overview

We welcome physicians with Value-Based Care (VBC) experience as well as those eager to learn.
Compensation & Incentives
- Base Salary: $235,000$270,000 (commensurate with experience & location)
- Commencement Bonus: $60,000 (varies by clinic)
- Annual Performance Bonus: 20% of base salary

- Patient Population: Adults 65 (majority Medicare Advantage, chronic disease & preventive care focus)
- Census: 1215 patients per day
