- Dec 21, 22, 23 No Christmas Eve, No Christmas Day
- Dec 28-31 No New Years Day
- Potential for extension
- Must have an orientation date can commit to with in two weeks of first block
- Shifts:Monday – Friday 7am-3pm
- Setting: Inpatient Unit
- Trauma Level 3
- Will need to see ages 6 months and up
- Census:Average surgeries per day:
- Elective 6-10
- Trauma 0-1 (1-2 per month)
- Peds 0-2
- Support Staff:11 Physicians in group
- 1 Assistant – No CRNA
- Procedures:Major Vascular/interventional vascular including AAA repair
- Cardiac Cath Lab Cases
- OB
- Trauma
- Spinal
- Ortho
- Thoracic
- Regional ANES/Peripheral nerve blocks
- EMR:Epic
- Board Certification: Board Certified or eligibility required
- Travel:Facility will cover
- Credentialing timeline:Expedited Onboarding hoping for ASAP start
- Temp priveleges can be requested with clean background
- Requirements:Active IN state license
- Active BLS (from AHA)
- 2 years experience
