Strategic Account Manager
Profile:
- 5 years experience selling technical products
- Channel experience desired
- OEM sales experience required
- Located near a major airport in Northeastern US
- Remote position with salesperson working from a home office about 75%
- Visiting prospects and clients about 25%
- Able to maintain a home office with technology for TEAMS/ZOOM meetings
- Able and willing to travel (potentially out of the USA as well)
- College degree required
- Highly motivated and results oriented
Specific Knowledge and Skills:
- Medical device / clinical diagnostic instrument sales or technical experience desired
- Auto ID/barcode sales or technical experience is a plus
- Machine vision sales or technical experience is a plus
- Develop technical proficiency with our products
- Demonstrated successful track record prospecting and selling directly and through value-added resellers and distributors
- Must have a proven track record of successfully managing and maintaining relationships with channel partners
- Proficiency in managing sales channels, sales engineering support, professional services etc.
- Previous quota assignments (not less than $1.5M ) with successful performance against quota for multiple years
- Strong relationship management skills
- Excellent communication (oral, written and presentation) and negotiation skills
- Experience selling equipment in a high-technology environment
- Ability to work independently as well as work in a collaborative, team environment
General Responsibilities:
- End-user and partner sales prospecting, qualification and analysis
- Sales funnel growth, reporting, and forecasting
- Skilled in proposing and closing sales
- Work with channel partners to find, create, and close new opportunities
- Help solve customer/partner problems and help them achieve their goals
- Additional duties may be added as required

Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $70K - $77K DOQ Commission
- Non-recoverable draw of $1,250/mo for the first 12 months, assuming KPI’s are met
