Role Description
As a core member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of assembly duties including Box builds, cable harnesses, and power supply management. This isn't just "assembly"—it's ensuring the structural and mechanical integrity of the equipment that powers global communication.
What You’ll Do:
- Precision Assembly: Build products according to assembly drawings, prints, and verbal instructions, including mechanical electronic rack chassis and panel assembly.
- Quality Control: Identify and report any form or fit issues early, ensuring every build meets our rigorous "Relentless" quality benchmark.
- Technical Production: Perform electrical cable harness production, soldering, and specialized handling of fiber optic cable harness assemblies.
- Machine Shop Support: Execute minor product modifications using simple gear in a machine shop environment.
- Workplace Integrity: Maintain a clean, ESD-safe workstation and collaborate effectively with a professional production team to manage weekly work plans.
- Logistics Support: Monitor consumable parts availability and assist with weekly product packing.
What You Bring:
- Experience: Proven experience in an electronic manufacturing environment with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Technical Skill: Excellent mechanical assembly skills, including wire routing techniques and the ability to interpret complex assembly drawings and Excel workplans.
- Eye for Detail: High level of ingenuity and judgment when troubleshooting electronics or performing cable and harness assembly.
- Professionalism: Strong time management, a positive attitude, and a commitment to "Alignment" with company goals in a multi-tasked environment.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; basic computer proficiency for retrieving digital records.
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
- Modern, climate-controlled manufacturing floor.
- Ability to handle delicate electronic, hardware, metal, plastics and laminated materials.
- Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs occasionally.
Benefits/Hourly Rate:
- Hourly Rate: $20.00 to $24.00
