What You’ll Be Working On

• Perform comprehensive eye exams and optometric care
• Provide a professional, warm, friendly, and exceptional patient experience at all times
• Engaging and communicating with patients, promoting eye health by education and preventative care
• Diagnose and treat vision problems and eye diseases utilizing the best technology available on the west coast
• Maintain a positive work environment
• Guide and mentor exceptional support staff and students
• Specialty Care (Dry Eye Aesthetics, Myopia Management, Specialty CL)

Qualifications

• Be licensed to practice in the state of California
• Experience in anterior and posterior segment pathology required
• Ability to perform high level CL Fittings and Evaluations
• TLG certification required
• Must be available to work Saturdays
• Highly motivated, with a desire to be amazing
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and personal development
• Willingness to learn new optical products to make personalized recommendations
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Demonstrated compassion for patients and clients
• Ability to collaborate and work within a team environment
