What You’ll Be Working On
- Perform comprehensive eye exams and optometric care
- Provide a professional, warm, friendly, and exceptional patient experience at all times
- Engaging and communicating with patients, promoting eye health by education and preventative care
- Diagnose and treat vision problems and eye diseases utilizing the best technology available on the west coast
- Maintain a positive work environment
- Guide and mentor exceptional support staff and students
- Specialty Care (Dry Eye Aesthetics, Myopia Management, Specialty CL)
Qualifications
- Be licensed to practice in the state of California
- Experience in anterior and posterior segment pathology required
- Ability to perform high level CL Fittings and Evaluations
- TLG certification required
- Must be available to work Saturdays
- Highly motivated, with a desire to be amazing
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and personal development
- Willingness to learn new optical products to make personalized recommendations
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Demonstrated compassion for patients and clients
- Ability to collaborate and work within a team environment
