- Maintain knowledge of current eyewear trends, lens technologies, and vision care products.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations regarding patient information confidentiality.
- Maintain accurate medical records and assist with medical coding as needed.
- Collaborate with ophthalmologists and optometrists to provide comprehensive patient care.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail management or optical sales is preferred.
