At Optical Fashions, our Patient Service Coordinators are the first point of contact for our patients and play a vital role in creating a welcoming, organized, and positive experience from start to finish. We are seeking a detail-oriented, friendly, and dependable individual to join our team.
This position works between our two locations:
- 814 S Main St, Holmen
- 2014 State Rd 16, La Crosse
Reliable transportation is required. Regular attendance is an essential function of this position. Typical hours are 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, though schedules may vary slightly based on patient needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
- Accurately collect and update patient information in our electronic health record system
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Assist with insurance verification and billing processes
- Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient front office environment
