We pay for top talent to achieve our $400K goal.BASE PAY: $25.00 - $35.00/hr (Based on experience/certifications)BONUSES: Weekly/Monthly performance-based bonuses.GROWTH: Retirement fund (vesting), referral payments, and clear paths to leadership.PAID TRAINING: All expenses covered for required training in Texas.TOOLS: Dedicated company vehicle & uniforms provided.Your Mission: Auto Glass ExpertYou will be one of our first 2-4 key hires, running our mobile service and working at our new shop. This is a chance to step into a long-term role.MOBILE & SHOP WORK: Expert installation/repair of all auto glass (windshields, doors, etc.) safely and correctly.SERVICE AREA: Primarily Stow, Akron, Kent, Hudson, and East Cleveland territory.CLIENT FOCUS: Serving fleet partners, insurance companies, and walk-ins.CANDIDATE MUST BE: Moldable, dependable, and dedicated to quality service.Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)We need professionals ready to start immediately.Experience: Proven experience in auto glass repair/replacement.Certification: AGSC or equivalent certification highly preferred.Clean Record: Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for company vehicle).Start Date: Must be available for mandatory training in Texas (we will pay for your travel/stay there) during the 1st week of January.Ready to Launch Your Career?Optic-Kleer is opening its doors and we need 4 skilled technicians to hit the ground running.We are looking for long-term partners, not temporary help.
