Welder Fabricator

Pay:

$26/hr (DOE)

Schedule:

Full-time | Day shift (exact schedule discussed during interview)

What You’ll Do:

• Perform high-quality welding and fabrication using MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques
• Fabricate and assemble components according to blueprints and engineering specifications
• Execute precise welds on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
• Prepare materials using grinders, saws, torches, and other shop equipment
• Inspect welds to ensure quality and safety standards are met
• Troubleshoot welding and fabrication challenges to meet deadlines and specifications
• Collaborate with the shop team to complete projects efficiently and accurately

What You Need to Have:

• At least 2 years of welding and fabrication experience
• Strong blueprint and technical drawing interpretation skills
• Experience working with steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
• Knowledge of welding safety practices and procedures
• Familiarity with fabrication tools (grinders, saws, torches, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skills
  
  

The Musts:

• MIG, TIG, and stick welding proficiency
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
  

Preferred:

• Welding certification (AWS or equivalent)
• Experience in precision or high-spec fabrication environments
