Location: Tualatin, OR

Pay: $23 - $33 per hour (DOE)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2pm to 12:30am

We are a growing steel bending and fabricating company with a stable and supportive work environment, looking to expand our team with experienced TIG Welders/Fabricators.

What You’ll Do:

• First two or three weeks would be training on day shift (5:30am-2pm)
• Perform welding and fabrication duties, including but not limited to using welders, grinders, torches, band saws, shears, punches, and drill press.
• Read, interpret, and work from blueprints or drawings.
• Complete required paperwork and communicate effectively with coworkers.
• Participate in skills demonstrations to prove welding proficiency.
• Operate forklifts and assist with loading as needed.

What You Need to Have:

• 1 year welding experience.
• Stable work history with previous experience in structural steel fabrication.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to lift 50lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods (4 hours).
  
  

The Musts:

• Must be willing to join the Local 516 Union.
• Forklift and/or loading experience preferred.
• AWS D1.1 FCAW certification highly preferred.
  
  

Preferred:

• Previous experience in a structural steel fabrication shop.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
