Opening: Shop Technician
City: Sumner, WA (Brand new Facility!)
Pay- $35–$41 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

What You'll Do: We are currently looking for a qualified and motivated individual to join our team as a Shop Service Technician at our new Sumner, WA facility. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of forestry and earth-moving equipment. This includes working on both rental units and customer-owned machines. Your day-to-day tasks will involve troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, performing routine maintenance, completing detailed repairs, and ensuring all equipment is ready for use or return. You’ll also be expected to document your work clearly and communicate effectively with the service team. This position offers the opportunity to work with a wide range of equipment and develop your technical skills in a supportive, team-oriented environment. What You'll Need:
2–5 years of hands-on experience with construction or forestry equipment
Proven ability to complete complex repairs accurately and efficiently
Comfortable using diagnostic tools, including laptops and scan tools
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical and hydraulic schematics
Skilled in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues across various heavy equipment brands
Must supply personal hand tools up to 1.5 inches in size
High school diploma or GED required
Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check
Competitive Hourly Wage: $35–$41 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
Day Shift Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
