What You’ll Do
- Weld and fabricate pressure vessels and heat exchangers in accordance with ASME Section VIII, Section IX, and applicable codes
- Perform GTAW (TIG), SMAW (Stick), and GMAW (MIG) welding
- Weld carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloy materials
- Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and fabrication drawings
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and accuracy
- Ensure all welds meet inspection, code, and customer requirements
- $32-$39/hr depending on experience and certifications

- Minimum 5 years of recent experience welding pressure vessels and/or heat exchangers
- Proven experience working under ASME code requirements

- Current or previously qualified ASME Section IX weld certifications
- Ability to pass applicable weld tests
- Strong safety mindset and adherence to shop procedures
- Experience with multiple materials and joint configurations
- Familiarity with inspection documentation and quality control processes
- Prior fabrication shop or industrial welding experience
