What You’ll Do:
- Process payroll accurately and on time
- Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
- Utilize SAGE software for accounting functions
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers/vendors
- Perform general clerical duties (filing, data entry, document management)
- Support daily office operations and coordinate with other locations
- Maintain organized financial and administrative records
