Job Title: Industrial Paint Laborer

Pay: $20-$25/hour

Positions Available: 2

Job Summary:

We are seeking two reliable and hardworking Industrial Paint Laborers to support a local painting team as shop hands. This is an entry-level position with strong growth potential. Individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic and willingness to learn will have the opportunity to be trained and promoted into Industrial Painter or other skilled roles within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist industrial painters with daily tasks and project setup
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and staging materials
• Move materials, equipment, and products throughout the shop
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support paint prep and post-project cleanup
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
  
  

Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor throughout the shift
• Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced painters
• Comfortable working in a shop/industrial environment
• Previous labor or construction experience is a plus, but not required
