- Project Manager who occasionally jumps into estimating
- Project Engineer who enjoys the takeoff side of projects
- Estimator working in Structure Steel and misc Metals
What You’ll Do
- Prepare estimates and bids for structural and commercial construction projects
- Perform quantity takeoffs from drawings and specifications
- Work with PMs, engineers, and field teams to build accurate project pricing
- Review project plans and identify scope, labor, and material needs
- Help develop competitive bids that actually win projects
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand production and installation costs
- Assist with value engineering and cost planning

Ideal backgrounds include:
- MUST HAVE CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE!
- Structural framing
- Heavy commercial construction
- Infrastructure experience
- Project Manager
- Project Engineer
- Estimator
- Preconstruction Coordinator
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience with Tekla, PowerFab, Bluebeam, or estimating software
- Fabrication shop or field construction background
- Experience working with commercial or industrial projects
- Very competitive pay
