Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

A local, well-established manufacturing company in Canby is looking to add a skilled MIG/TIG Welder to their team. This is a growing shop that takes pride in quality craftsmanship and precision work.

What You’ll Do

This is not a repetitive production role — this is a job shop environment. The workload and projects vary, so adaptability is key. You won’t be welding the same parts every day.

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on thin-gauge metal and mild steel
• Complete precision welding projects with attention to detail
• Read and interpret blueprints as needed
• Use various hand tools and shop equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

What You Need to Have The Musts:

• 2 years of MIG/TIG welding experience
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Experience using various hand tools
• Mechanically inclined
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
  
  

Preferred:

• Reliable transportation
• Mechanical assembly experience
• Additional TIG welding knowledge
