Pay: $28-$30 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm OR Tuesday-Thursday 9am-5pm

We are a 20 year old painting company that focuses on the multifamily market in the greater Portland, OR and Vancouver, WA area. A solid reputation within the industry provides us with consistent business and growth.

What You'll Do:

We are looking for an individual with a professional attitude to perform clerical, administrative, and bookkeeping functions in an organized and timely manner.

• Manage All Financial Transactions:
• Record and reconcile all financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank and credit card statements.
• Maintain the General Ledger:
• Post journal entries, track income and expenses, and ensure the ledger is accurate and up to date.
• Prepare Financial Statements:
• Compile balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports to provide a clear financial overview of the organization.
• Handle Tax Preparation and Compliance:
• Prepare and submit sales tax returns, assist with year-end tax preparations, and ensure adherence to tax regulations.
