Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cement Restoration Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing cement restoration tasks ensuring the integrity and safety of the infrastructure. Your expertise in heavy equipment operation, and safety protocols will be essential to successfully restore and maintain pipeline systems in outdoor environments. Duties
- Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, skid steers and tanker trucks to perform cement restoration activities
- Conduct equipment troubleshooting to identify issues promptly and perform necessary repairs or adjustments to minimize downtime
- Follow strict safety protocols including PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) use, respiratory protection, OSHA standards, and site-specific safety procedures
- Collaborate with crew members to coordinate tasks effectively, ensuring project timelines are met while maintaining a safe work environment
- Perform outdoor work in various weather conditions on construction sites, adhering to all safety guidelines for heavy equipment operation and construction activities
Experience
- Hands-on experience with skid steer operation & asphalt roller
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to equipment troubleshooting, and maintenance of heavy machinery
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations, safety protocols, and PPE requirements for outdoor construction work
- Prior experience managing or working within a crew on large-scale projects involving construction site activities
- Valid commercial truck driving license with experience in commercial driving preferred
- Familiarity with construction site safety standards including OSHA compliance and respiratory protection practices
