About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong understanding of US GAAP principles. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting critical accounting functions.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform general bookkeeping duties, including recording financial transactions and maintaining general ledgers in accordance with GAAP.Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable/receivable balances, and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.Review costing of inventory transactions and credit checking status; update daily value of inventory-in-transit.Prepare financial statements.Assist with budgeting, tax filing, and documentation preparation for audits.Support monthly cost closing and year-end closing processes.Perform other duties as required. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.Strong knowledge of US GAAP concepts.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and Microsoft Office Suite.Experience with ERP accounting systems; Sage X3 is a plus.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization and external parties.Why Join Us?Competitive pay and benefits.Opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment.Professional growth and development opportunities.
