• Set appointments to identify prospective clients’ financial resources and needs
• Offer expert life and health insurance policy recommendations to generate sales

How Bankers Life Compensates Your Work

• This is a Full-time role where we compensate your work through multiple types of compensation. First-year entry-level agents average $40,000 - $65,000.
• In the first 4 weeks, all new agents are eligible for $250 bonuses totaling $1,000.
• First-year agents can also receive up to $19,000 in additional income through our sales matching programs.
• Experienced sales agents who have been a part of Bankers Life for two plus years earn upwards of $100,000 in commissions and bonuses.
  
  

How Bankers Life Supports Your Career

• Flexible work environment, once you complete your new agent training period, which can vary anywhere from four to twelve weeks on average.
• Set their own hours with options to work in the field, onsite, and/or in a hybrid capacity per their preference, with the support of branch leadership

• Bankers Life agents are provided pre-licensing training free of charge; individuals will need to pay for the state exam required to sell life and health products in their state
