Housekeeper

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Housekeeper to join our team at Cranberry Park at West Bloomfield. The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized environment for our residents and guests.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize all common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and restrooms
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
- Dust and polish furniture and fixtures
- Empty trash and recycling bins
- Stock and maintain cleaning supplies
- Report any maintenance issues to management
- Assist with laundry and other housekeeping duties as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in housekeeping or custodial work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
