Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Activity Aide to join our team. The Activity Aide will be responsible for assisting in the planning, organizing, and implementing of activities for our residents. This individual will work closely with the Activity Director to ensure that our residents are engaged and entertained.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing a variety of activities for residents
• Engage with residents and encourage participation in activities
• Help set up and clean up activity areas
• Escort residents to and from activities
• Document resident participation and feedback

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Patience and compassion when working with elderly residents
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Previous experience as an Activity Aide is preferred
