- Assessing and documenting wound status
- Developing and implementing individualized wound care plans
- Monitoring and evaluating wound healing progress
- Educating patients and caregivers on wound care techniques
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Other duties as assigned
- Valid RN license in the state of Michigan
- Certification in Wound Care preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in wound care nursing
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
