Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you’ll play a vital role in the daily care and comfort of our residents by:
- Delivering high-quality, compassionate nursing care in alignment with our mission and core values
- Leading and supporting CNAs in their daily resident care duties
- Administering medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for residents
- Promoting resident independence, dignity, and well-being
- Providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to residents and families
- Maintaining compliance with all infection control, safety, and documentation standards
- Staying current with ongoing education, training, and best practices
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Michigan
- COVID-19 and Flu vaccination (or approved exemption)
- Strong computer and documentation skills
- Experience in long-term care or infection control preferred — but new graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply!
