Optalis Healthcare & Rehabilitation is seeking a Full Time Floor Tech for our Abbyshire Place Center.

The Maintenance / Floor Tech is responsible for the upkeep of the facility, including the building, building systems and grounds, maintains floors of facility to ensure a clean and well-maintained environment.

Job Duties:

• Assist with develop and assure implementation of a preventive maintenance plan which describes specific tasks to be completed and the time frame for completion.
• Assist with equipment and utilities management program.
• Assure compliance with state, federal and other regulatory guidelines.
• Vacuum rooms, common areas, halls and office with carpeting.
• Sweeps and mops tile and linoleum floors.
• Strips and waxes floors according to schedule.
• Buffs floors.
  
  
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Able to understand and follow directions.
• Good interpersonal skills.
