Responsible for core duties of the Business Office Manager role within the organization. The Business Office Coordinator supports facility operations by managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, billing, and resident trust accounts. This role ensures financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and supports the business office in providing excellent service to residents, families, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cash receipts, billing, and trust accounts.
- Ensure timely vendor invoice processing and accounts payable management.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and reporting.
- Support accounts receivable collections and resolution of delinquent accounts.
- Communicate with residents, families, and vendors regarding billing and payments.
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma required; college coursework in accounting or business preferred.
- Experience in accounts payable/receivable and billing functions.
- Healthcare or long-term care finance experience.
This position does have supervisory responsibilities of front desk reception staff.
