Compensation & Bonus Opportunities
Solo-2 (2 Day OTR; 4 On/ 3 Off Days)
- Base Pay Range: $1460 - $1650 per week (includes overtime pay)
- Over Time: 1.5x for anytime over 40hours per week
- Sign On Bonus: $1200 (Paid in 3 quarterly installments on 30/90/180 Days of employment)
- Performance Bonus: Quarterly Incentives Based on performance and clean safety records
- Referral Bonus: $500 after the referred employee’s 90-day period with the company
Solo-5 (5 Day OTR; Weekly: 5 On/2 Off Days)
- Base Pay Range: $1680 - $1820 per week
- Sign On Bonus: $1200 (Paid in 3 quarterly installments on 30/90/180 Days of employment)

Schedule Details
Shift Structure
- Solo5 - 5 Days On / 2 Days Off
- Solo2 – 4 Days On/ 3 Days Off (Home every other day)
Weekly Commitment:
- Solo5 - 70 hours per week
- Solo2 – 54 hours per week (Overtime pay after 40 hours of drive time)
Available Schedules:
Solo 5
- Sunday departure – Return Thursday
- Monday departure – Return Friday
Solo 2
- Rotating Schedule
- Home Every other day
Candidate Qualifications
- Age: Minimum 21 years old.
- Licensing: Active, valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of verifiable CDL-A driving experience.
- Good Safety Record
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable utilizing smartphones and mobile applications for route navigation, ELD tracking, and dispatching (e.g., Amazon Relay, GPS).
- Language Proficiency: Must be able to speak, read, and write in English to understand highway signs, communicate with dispatch, and complete regulatory reporting.
