Regulatory & Operational Oversight
- Conduct regulatory site inspections for assigned regions or site lists.
- Complete detailed site inspection forms and submit them for data tracking and compliance monitoring.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of company policies and safety best practices across all scopes of work, including Armed Security, Events, Concierge, Rovers, and more.
- Perform daily audits and monitor company QA systems to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Maintain and update analytical spreadsheets for internal reporting.
- Prepare, present, and discuss analytics during scheduled meetings with QAM and leadership teams.
- Provide written correspondence and documentation to HR, Payroll, and other departments regarding employee concerns, performance issues, or field- related incidents.
- Collaborate with the Security Operations Center (SOC) during the shift, assisting with callouts, emergency responses, incident follow-ups, and staffing concerns.
- Support issue resolution and ensure timely communication between departments and field personnel.
- ACT 235 Certification (Active)
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving history
- Strong attention to detail and ability to complete thorough documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in the field and make informed decisions
- Proficiency with basic data management (Excel/Google sheets)
