Per Diem Security Officer | Path to Full-Time- $27.50/hr

Schedule: Initially per diem/on-call with variable hours. Opportunity to transition to a regular full-time schedule.

We are seeking a dependable Security Officer to join our team on a per diem basis, with the potential to transition into a full-time position based on operational needs and performance.

• Must be available to work full 8-hour shifts when scheduled
• Flexible availability for coverage needs
• Will receive site-specific training
• Dependable, punctual, and responsive
• Previous security experience preferred
• Professional appearance and grooming required
• Must meet company and client-site uniform and appearance standards

• Monitor store activity and help prevent theft
• Observe and report suspicious activity
• Maintain a visible security presence
• Complete incident and activity reports
• Support store staff and operations teams

• Prior security or loss prevention experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Professional demeanor
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
