Per Diem Armed Flex Security Officer

Compensation:

$25.00 hourly 

Responsibilities 

·      Delivering high end customer service

• ·      Responding to emergencies
• ·      Deterring and preventing crime
• ·      Performing ingress/ egress control procedures
• ·      Investigating incidents
• ·      Completing daily logs and incident reports
• ·      Conducting regular walking or vehicle patrols
• ·      Building and Maintaining a professional rapport with clients, guests and co-workers
• ·      De-escalating conflicts
• ·      Monitoring CCTV cameras
• ·      Performing other related duties as assigned
• ·      High school Diploma or GED equivalent
• ·      Two years of face to face customer service experience
• ·      Possess at least one of the following experience / education criteria:
•   1.) Four years of armed security experience 2.) Three years of military experience 3.) Successful completion of a state or federal certified law enforcement training academy
• ·      Basic computer skills (Email, Microsoft Office, etc.)
• ·      Excellent written and oral communication skills
• ·      Proficient time management skills
• ·      Reliable transportation
• ·      Excellent de-escalation skills
• ·      Proficient firearms skills
• ·      Extensive use of force knowledge
• ·      Proactive problem solving skills
• ·      Must be able to obtain state required armed security officer license
• ·      Ability to obtain OCAT, PATH, and PPBT certifications
• ·      Must be able to pass a comprehensive background investigation, urinalysis screening and OPS training requirements
