Duties
- Prepare and package products for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation in accordance with company standards
- Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to load, unload, and move inventory safely within the warehouse
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels, process orders, and update shipment statuses
- Pick, pack, and organize orders using order pickers and order fulfillment techniques to optimize efficiency
- Verify stock levels through stock counting and reconcile discrepancies using basic math skills
- Assist with receiving incoming shipments by unloading trucks, inspecting goods for damage or accuracy, and stocking items appropriately
- Support warehouse distribution activities by coordinating loadings for delivery trucks and ensuring compliance with safety protocols
Skills
- Proven experience in warehouse management systems (WMS), shipping & receiving processes, and warehouse distribution operations
- Strong understanding of order picking & packing procedures for e-commerce platforms
- Familiarity with RF scanners for inventory tracking and order accuracy
- Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately for inventory counts and shipping documentation
- Experience with warehouse experience including stocking, load & unload activities, and order fulfillment
