Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced, dedicated and reliable Supply Chain Coordinator in Maple Lake, MN with a background in manufacturing, logistics or procurement. This full-time, year-round position offers a great opportunity to learn many aspects of the business in a growing company. The ability to learn quickly is important, as well as multi-tasking.
Duties
· Obtain vendor quotes
· Prepare customer quotes and maintain historical pricing records
· Component sourcing and pricing
· Support the implementing and maintenance of barcode and new inventory management system.
· Obtain supplier documentation, certifications and compliance requirements for first article reports
· Obtain, analyze and calculate shipping/importing costs
· Classify products using Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS codes) and determine applicable duty rates.
· Perform additional duties and special projects assigned.
Qualifications
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Experience in manufacturing, logistics or procurement, international experience a plus
· QuickBooks experience a plus.
