Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Program Supervisor role located in Coon Rapids, MN. The primary responsibilities include overseeing programs that support individuals with disabilities, supervising staff, caseload management, and developing new programs to meet consumer and business needs. The Program Supervisor will also ensure effective communication with clients, staff, and stakeholders to achieve program goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills and Program Management experience
- Proficiency in 245D Compliance and Program Development
- Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interaction with team members, clients, and stakeholders
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in similar community-focused roles
- Problem-solving abilities and a strong sense of organization
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and knowledge of compliance standards is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work or a related field preferred
Hours and benefits of the Program Supervisor:
- The starting salary is $42,000-$50,000 per year based on previous experience and education.
- Typical hours are Monday to Friday from 7:00am-4:00pm
- Located in Coon Rapids, MN
