Duties

- Support classroom management by engaging children in activities that encourage positive behavior and social interaction.
- Help prepare classroom materials and set up learning centers aligned with curriculum goals such as Montessori or other educational philosophies.
- Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring safety and fostering independence.
- Provide individualized attention to children with diverse needs, including those with autism or disabilities, supporting inclusive classroom practices.
- Collaborate with teachers to monitor progress and document developmental milestones for each child.
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment conducive to active learning and exploration.
Qualifications
- Prior experience working with preschool-aged children in childcare, private school, or early childhood education settings is preferred.
