Opportunity Partners has the perfect position for a motivated professional who wants to utilize their exceptional sales management skills while making a significant impact on the lives of others. As our Sales Manager you will strategically guide the acquisition and expansion of packaging and light assembly projects as well as customer site-based services.
The Organization
Founded in 1953, Opportunity Partners is a highly respected $30-million nonprofit that provides residential, educational and employment services to over 1,000 adults with disabilities each year. Our employment services include production lines of disabled and non-disabled workers and customer-site teams delivering administrative, janitorial, and kitchen services.
The Position
As a key leader in OP, you will guide the identification, acquisition, and nurturing of (preferably) long-term projects. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer you will strategically lead a team of inside sales and customer service professionals in meeting the organization’s revenue goals while providing meaningful employment for individuals with developmental disabilities and traumatic brain injuries.
Specifically, you will:
· Develop annual and long-term sales strategic plans.
· Lead the identification, acquisition, and growth of packaging, assembly, and customer-site projects and services. Repeatable business is a priority.
· Provide executive-level interface and coordination within the customer complex. With the CEO, negotiate pricing and delivery.
· Lead a team of customer service and inside sales professionals.
· Work closely with other departmental representation to ensure service coordination and alignment.
Required Skills and Attributes
· High School degree or GED is required. Bachelor degree preferred.
· Demonstrated success leading business development and sales within industrial customers.

Compensatio
· $90,000-$100,00 base. Uncapped commission with $25,000 payout at target.
