Job description:
We are seeking RN or LPNs to join our tem on a as needed (PRN) basis. This role provides nursing care in our two small ICFs (Intermediate Care Facility) to our 22 residents in a warm, person centered enviroment. This role provides care to individuals ensuring their health, safety,and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments per physicans orders.
Monitor residents health status and report changes.
Complete accurate and timely documentation.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.
Provide support to direct support profesionals.
Ensure compliance with state and CMS regulations.
