Pay:
- Starting rate: $20.66/hour
- 6% attendance bonus, bringing starting wage to approximately $21.90/hour
- Yearly raises
Schedule & Expectations:
- On-call rotation every 8 weeks
- Rotating weekends off
- AM and PM shifts

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and staff performance
- Ensure team productivity and quality standards are met
- Provide guidance, training, and support to employees
- Maintain a safe and efficient work environment
- Communicate effectively with management and team members
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Experience working with individuals with behavioral needs strongly preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification recommended
- Medication Administration I & II certification recommended
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and solve problems efficiently
- Dependable with a strong attendance record
