Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner

Opportunity Healthcare is seeking a Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner to provide direct and indirect patient care for inpatients with comprehensive assessments and symptom management. The ideal candidate will have experience in palliative care and be able to work Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.

  • Provide inpatient consultations in critical care, oncology, neurology, cardiology, and general medical and surgical units.
  • Collaborate with referring providers to coordinate a plan of care.
  • Conduct goals of care discussions with patients and families to align treatment choices with their wishes.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner.
  • Ability to work in Houston County, AL.

Salary : $120,000 - $180,000
