What are the responsibilities and job description for the COMMUNITY HEALTH PSYCH NP - 001 - FITCHBURG, MA position at Opportunity Healthcare?
Two years ago, Community Health Connections had 300 employees and now employs over 500. Growth has come from opening both multi-specialty locations and Urgent Care Centers.
Founded on February 25, 2002, we have 22 years of experience as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving low income, underinsured, uninsured, publicly housed, and homeless populations in 35 cities and towns in North Central Massachusetts.
Need : Behavioral Health APP (Must have 2 years recent Behavioral Health Child / Adolescent prescribing experience)
Location : 326 Nicholas Rd. Fitchburg, MA
Hours : M - F; 8a - 5p
Patients / shift : 9.6
The productivity target for a child prescriber is 2100 sessions for 1 FTE (40 hours). It would be prorated based on the hours they end up working. 2100 visits would be for a year, not a shift. So, for a 40-hour employee that would equate to 48 visits / week, or on average 9.6 visits / day. Visits can range from 15 min to 1 hour depending on the reason for the visit. Also, we would book more than 9.6 visits / day to account for no-shows / cancellations. So, they would be booked for most of their day and that could be altered if they have a high show rate.
