JOB REQUIREMENTS: JOB HIGHLIGHTS Responsibilities: Demonstrated ability
to teach others. Including Daily Living Skills, social skills, and
community involvement Assist and support children and youth with
disabilities in becoming actively involved in their communities, develop
friendships, and independent use of community resources Regularly
provide opportunities for inclusion through planned activities, social
interactions, exposure, advocacy, training and education as identified
in the assessment and planning process Provide assistance with personal
care tasks, as needed (i.e. mobility, eating, bathroom, etc.) Be
knowledgeable in and able to document properly on all individual
services provided daily in the required time frame and format Ability to
maintain open, respectful, and clear communication with the participant,
their families, and supervisor Meet all necessary training requirements
Transport and accompany individuals to community activities in company
or personal vehicles Must pass WI caregiver background check Valid
Driver\'s License Ability to work flexible/non-standard schedule
(including some evenings and weekends) This position requires use of a
company email address which requires an application to be downloaded on
your personal cell phone for multi-factor authentication (MFA) to ensure
cyber security. Reliable vehicle (unless determined exempt with HR.)
\*\*\*\*\* OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Qualifications: Minimum
of 1 year work experience with individuals and/or children with
Disabilities Required Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills.
Knowledge in the modifications, adaptation, and use of specialized
equipment General knowledge of computer use and programs required
