Qualifications:
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor or LPC-IT (state of Wisconsin)
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional counseling services to Opportunity for Hope Clinic patients
- Ability to develop individualized treatment plans that meet the needs of each client
- Ability to build strong relationships with patients
- Ability to provide a safe, supportive environment for patients to express their feelings and concerns
- Ability to consult with other Mental Health team staff and respond to emergency situations if deemed appropriate in a client plan
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record and insured vehicle available for daily use
- This position requires use of a company email address which requires an application to be downloaded on your personal cell phone for multi-factor authentication (MFA) to ensure cyber security.
