Concord Hospitality is seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Vice President of Operations - Luxury & Lifestyle, to lead our portfolio of hotels with a focus on performance excellence, associate engagement, and operational consistency. Reporting to the COO, this executive-level role will be responsible for overseeing a team of leaders, driving Concord’s culture and ensuring operational success across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Portfolio Performance
- Provide strategic leadership for a portfolio of luxury and lifestyle hotels, ensuring exceptional operational, financial, and guest experience performance while advancing the company’s mission to be a Great Place to Work for All.
- Partner with hotel leadership teams to execute long-term business strategies, capital investment plans, brand initiatives, renovations, and market repositioning efforts.
- Maintain strong relationships with owners, asset managers, brand partners, and corporate stakeholders to drive portfolio success.
Luxury Operations & Brand Excellence
- Ensure each hotel delivers an authentic, market-driven luxury experience while maintaining brand standards, service excellence, and operational consistency.
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including guest experience, food and beverage concepts, asset protection, and compliance with company and brand policies.
- Conduct regular property visits, evaluate performance trends, and implement corrective action plans as needed.
Revenue & Financial Performance
- Provide oversight of revenue strategy and sales leadership to maximize profitability, market positioning, and rate integrity across the portfolio.
- Analyze financial results, guest satisfaction, and associate engagement data to identify opportunities, improve performance, and support informed business decisions.
- Prepare and present operational and financial reports for owners, corporate leadership, and other stakeholders.
Talent Development & Culture
- Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing leaders who embrace a luxury service mindset and Concord’s culture and values.
- Lead succession planning, performance management, leadership development, and training initiatives, including onboarding and mentoring new General Managers.
- Foster positive associate relations environment while ensuring fair, consistent application of company policies and performance expectations.
Leadership & Organizational Effectiveness
- Serve as a strategic advisor and resource for hotel leadership teams, helping resolve complex operational and human resources challenges.
- Build strong management teams capable of delivering exceptional results, innovation, and elevated guest experiences in a dynamic hospitality environment.
- Actively support and participate in company programs, events, and initiatives that strengthen organizational culture and performance.
Qualifications:

Extensive multi-property leadership experience, preferably in full-service or upscale hotels.

Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop large operational teams.

Financial acumen with the ability to interpret complex data and drive results.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate across all organizational levels.

Demonstrated success in driving associate engagement and guest satisfaction.

Willingness to travel frequently to support hotel teams and operations.
