General Summary and Purpose:
We are looking for a mid-level to senior developer or platform engineer who wants to help a development team apply DevSecOps and platform engineering best practices. If you are a self-motivator and enjoy solving challenges in a fast-paced environment, we may have just the position for you. You will work on technology enablement initiatives in our Application Solutions Platform Engineering team. Our Digital Factory teams lean heavily on agile best practice for delivery. We work with 3rd party solution providers both onshore and offshore, as well as with our own developers, providing best of breed solutions for our stakeholder and end users.
You will report to the Director of Application Solutions
You Will:
- Define and implement technology standards for monitoring, alerting, scaling, availability, business logging and audit, and other capabilities.
- Develop and manage templates for DevSecOps pipeline implementations for static and dynamic application security testing (SAST/DAST), automated (unit, integration, acceptance) test integration, deployment, and build reporting
- Develop and maintain technology enablers, prove out innovative technology, and evangelize these in our cross-functional teams.
- Build and maintain architecture blueprints for technology enablers.
- Build out cross portfolio process metrics dashboards for both business and IT stakeholders.
- Serve as a technical consultant, mentor, and evangelist for best practices.
- Develop architecture blueprints in collaboration with our architecture team.
You Have:
- Expertise in software development best practices for Continuous Integration and Continuous Development, Software Configuration Management/release management best practices, and Test Management.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and their application.
- Familiarity with test automation best practices.
- Familiarity with AWS Well-Architected Framework.
- Familiarity with performance testing best practices.
- A security-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal communication and writing skills.
- University degree (BA, BS or higher).
- Must have AWS Infrastructure as Code, JavaScript/TypeScript and Java. Python (nice to have), Certification as an AWS DevOps Engineer or Solutions Architect Professional (nice to have).

Target Compensation:
The target base salary range for this position is $110,500 - $ $130,000.
Salaries are determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees, and certifications.
Victory Capital Management operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and total compensation may vary based on role, location, department and individual performance.
Victory Capital Management’s total compensation package includes the opportunity for annual compensation bonuses and/or commissions and a generous benefits package.
