Rehab Director/Physical Therapist – Full-Time | Lake Placid, FL

Synergy Care is hiring a Rehab Director/Physical Therapist for the facility Southern Life Assisted Living Center! If you're a PT looking for a leadership opportunity with a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.

Offering up to a $5000.00 dollar incentive bonus.
