Synergy Care is looking for a qualified physical therapist for an open PRN position at Sage Oak of Lake Charles an Outpatient clinic Assisted Living/Memory Care Community in Lake Charles, LA.
In order to be considered for this position you must be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapist or will graduate from such an institution within the next six (6) months. You must currently hold or be eligible for a valid state license (where appropriate) as a Physical Therapist.
