Synergy Care is looking for a qualified PRN Occupational Therapist for an Outpatient Clinic position at an Assisted Living community in Heber Springs, AR. We are looking for someone who will provide quality patient care and be a team player.
Job responsibilities:
Provides occupational therapy and related services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principles and practices of occupational therapy and with Synergy Management Solutions guidelines. Provides quality OT including: Evaluation of patients, development of initial and ongoing treatment & discharge plan, supervision of assistants and aides & participates in case management. Represents Synergy Management Solutions’ commitment to quality & service in all interactions with facility. Adheres to all state regulations regarding occupational therapy.
In order to be considered for this position you must be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapy or will graduate from such an institution within the next six (6) months. You must hold a valid National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification and you must currently hold or be eligible for a valid state license (where appropriate) as an Occupational Therapist.
