Synergy Care is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a PRN position at an assisted living community with an outpatient clinic located at StoneBridge Senior Living in Heber Springs, Arkansas. Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program approved by the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE) of the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA)
- Current certification through the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
- Active state license to practice as a COTA in Arkansas
