The Rewards
- Pay: $17.40 – $34.00/hour based on experience and license.
- Bonus Potential: Monthly productivity bonuses averaging up to $40 – $1,000 extra per month!

What You’ll Do as a Licensed Therapist, you’ll be the bridge to a healthier future for adults, adolescents, and families. You will:
- Build meaningful therapeutic relationships and encourage recovery-focused growth.
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and create personalized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with a supportive team across all specialties, including school-based, juvenile justice, and substance use recovery.
What You Bring
- License: Must have an LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, MFT, or LMFT. (Newly graduated or pre-exam? We want to talk to you too!)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Vibe: A positive, caring attitude and a desire to be a "functional expert" and "team player".
- Bonus: Bilingual skills (Spanish) or a CDCA license are big pluses!
