General Summary and Purpose:
Provide inbound telephone sales coverage and administrative assistance as it relates to the ongoing communication of sales information to the broker dealer community.
You will report to the Head of Sales Directors
You Will:
• Respond to incoming inquiries from registered representatives regarding fund, marketing and sales information while asking proactive questions to generate quality sales leads for Internal Sales Directors (ISD) and Regional Sales Directors (RSD)
• Provide sales support to the ISD, RSD and Sales Desk Manager
• Provide back-up support for ISD’s who are absent by conducting outbound sales calls at the direction of the Manager, and working closely with the RSD
• Maintain an above average balance of inbound calls taken and total available time for incoming calls;
• Provide coverage for outgoing sales initiatives as assigned by management and ISD.
You Have:
• Bachelor’s degree/equivalent work experience
• Series 7 and 63 needed, SIE preferred
• Knowledge of the financial marketplace including, but not limited to: stocks, bonds, international investing, currency, etc.
• Self-motivated, with attention to details, that can work autonomously and at times collaboratively in a fast-paced atmosphere.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible with work schedule.
• Candidates without the preferred registrations will be expected to obtain them in accordance with Victory Capital’s policy.
• One year of customer service experience preferred
• Financial services/mutual fund industry experience a plus
• Some sales experience preferred.

Target Compensation:
The target base salary range for this position is $50,000 - $52,000
Salaries are determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees, and certifications.
Victory Capital Management operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and total compensation may vary based on role, location, department and individual performance.
Victory Capital Management’s total compensation package includes the opportunity for annual compensation bonuses and/or commissions and a generous benefits package.
